What is a good time to contact you?

Orders are normally transmitted by fax. Once we receive confirmation of the fax having been transmitted, our call centre will call the restaurant to confirm the order. We can also use email to communicate the orders. It is important that both our fax and follow up call can get through. Remember, it takes only a few seconds for an order to be communicated, unlike a customer phone call.

3. Opening times
Please fill in your exact opening hours. The first time should be the time when you can start preparing an order, and the last time should be the last order time, i.e if you have written 18:00-22:30, this means that you will honour an order that arrives at 22:30.

6. Urbanbite payments:
Urbanbite collects credit card payments on behalf of the restaurants and settles twice a month. Please let us have your bank account details for us to set-up the payments on our system. Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month, and take 3 working days to clear.
